Hello, my name is Sondra! I am the dessert dealer! I am the face behind our delicious treats. I am a qualified chef and experienced pastry chef; I have worked in function centres in Dubbo and know the ins and outs of a function. I am extremely passionate about all thing’s chocolate, confectionary & patisserie!
I created the dessert dealer as a way to share this passion with the central west.
Our mission is to serve the best cup of coffee, make the best desserts and confectionary, give our customers the best service possible.
Our vision is to be dubbo’s favourite dessert trailer.

6 weeks’ notice is preferred.

Bookings can be transferred Dates providing that the new date is available.

50% deposit is required to secure the booking date with the remaining amount due 3weeks before the booking.

The minimum ranges between 10-20 pending the service requested.
